  13. before using this software. Your use of this software indicates
  14. your acceptance of this license agreement and warranty stupukation.

  19. One registered copy of TreeSize Professional may either be used
  20. by a single person who uses the software personally on one or more
  21. computers, or installed on a single workstation used nonsimultaneously
  22. by multiple people, but not both.

  24. You may access the registered version of TreeSize Professional
  25. through a network, provided that you have obtained individual
  26. licenses for the software covering all workstations that will access
  27. the software through the network.  For instance, if 8 different
  28. workstations will access TreeSize Professional on the network, each
  29. workstation must have its own license, regardless of whether they use
  30. TreeSize Professional at different times or concurrently.

  32. A site-license allows you to use TreeSize Professional on all PCs of
  33. one location (city) of a company. For instance, if your company has
  34. a branch in Los Angeles and bought a site license, TreeSize
  35. Professional may be installed on all PCs there. For the PCs in
  36. New York you need additional licenses.

  41. THIS SOFTWARE AND THE ACCOMPANYING FILES ARE SOLD "AS IS" AND
  42. WITHOUT WARRANTIES AS TO PERFORMANCE OR MERCHANTABILITY OR ANY
  43. OTHER WARRANTIES WHETHER EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED. Because of the
  44. various hardware and software environments into which TreeSize
  45. Professional may be put, NO WARRANTY OF FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR

  63. without charge for a period of 21 days.  If you use this software
  64. after the 21 day evaluation period a registration fee is required.

  67. you will be sent the address of the secret download page for
  68. registered users, where you can always download the latest version of
  69. TreeSize Professional.

  72. period is in violation of German and international copyright laws.

  77. Provided that you verify that you are distributing the evaluation
  78. version (select About from the Help menu to check) you are hereby
  79. licensed to make as many copies of the evaluation version of
  80. this software and documentation as you wish; give exact copies of
  81. the original evaluation version to anyone; and distribute the
  82. evaluation version of the software and documentation in its
  83. unmodified form via electronic means.  There is no charge for any
  84. of the above.
